Borissov: More than 15 billion are missing from the budget, the belt of the state must be tightened to the last nut

Two years ago Bulgaria was an example of dealing with illegal migration. British Prime Minister David Cameron came to the country and for two days he observed our good example in protecting the state borders. The presidents of the EU, the European Council and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban also visited the country to see the good example of zero migration. They all recognised that our management of the migrant flow was exemplary.

Yesterday Eurostat released information that inflation in Bulgaria has increased more than 4 times in 2022 compared to 2021. Total impoverishment! If there was 100 billion in the banks, now there are 60! All this was scheme of these people, Assen Vassilev and Kiril Petkov, helped from the outside. Bulgaria had become a factor in the Balkans - all important events were held in Sofia. Varna had become a city that everyone in Europe knew. Macron, Tusk, Netanyahu, they all came there. Who asked Bulgaria to hit the bottom in the Balkans and in Europe? That’s haven’t been never in history, the GERB leader was outraged.

The money disappeared, inflation ate the increase in pensions and wages. Where is the money, the state deficit goes to -7%, said the GERB leader.

More than 15 billion are missing from the budget, and whoever comes to rule, must tighten the belt to the last nut, otherwise the IMF will come to do what the politicians in Bulgaria will be afraid of. Because of the collapse in the state, Bulgaria cannot go out to the international debt markets, because it will get loans with huge interest rates, the leader of GERB also commented. /BGNES
