Parliament closes in 35 minutes

MPs finished their second plenary session of the week in just 35 minutes, reports BGNES.

MPs had three items on their agenda and quickly voted on each of them. During today's sitting, the deputies terminated the empowerments of the MP Lena Borislavova, set up an ad hoc committee to draft rules for the organisation and activities of the National Assembly and elected Radomir Cholakov from GERB as its chairman.

Lawmakers declared April 21 a non-working day because of the big Muslim holiday Ramadan Bayram.

The next sitting of the National Assembly will be on 26 April (Wednesday) at 9:00. / BGNES
