"Institutions are in a deadlock, at the same time quick solutions are needed. The government bears the entire responsibility for the governance of the country until the parliament decides otherwise", Radev said and demanded the cabinet to dispel any suspicion that Sofia might back down from the veto on Skopje. /BGNES
